A note on where this stands today
These are the platform's current, indicative rates — not a final commercial policy, and they will change before any real payment rail goes live. Every rate is versioned internally: a future change only affects deals made after it, never one already in progress. There is currently no real payment provider connected, so no real fee has ever actually been collected.
